A comfort zone is a place where we feel most happy, stress-free, relaxed, and calm. Everyone has their own “comfort zone”. People love being in a place where they feel most comfortable. Watching T.V., eating food, playing games, getting cozy in bed, and relaxing is satisfying but it’s not a happening place.
I’m not saying being in a comfort zone is bad. It’s necessary to relax here and then. ’Cause of the life we are living. In today’s modern world everybody has become busy and some people don’t even have a single minute to rest. So for these people taking time to relax is necessary.
But that doesn’t mean that you should always spend time in relaxation. No, I will not suggest that to you. ’Cause stepping out of your comfort zone has major benefits that you are unaware about. A Comfort zone is not only just relaxing and chilling in your bed but also not taking risks in your workplace and not doing things that you are afraid of.
